Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Mortza collects, how it's used and shared, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: messages to the AI guide, and if you choose, your name, email, phone, property state and loan goal.
- Phone calls: if you call our phone line, a recording and transcript of the call and the answers you give. Our voice technology provider processes the call for us.
- Consent records: the consent language you agreed to, with a timestamp and page.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referral source, campaign tags and how you use site features, collected with cookies or similar technology. We use Google Analytics to measure this. We don't send your name, email, phone or chat messages to Google Analytics, and we have turned off Google's advertising features for it. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
What we don't want
Don't enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords or documents into the chat or forms. A licensed loan officer will request what's needed through a secure, authorized process.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare a summary of your scenario.
- To send your request to one loan officer licensed in your property's state, if you ask us to.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
The licensed loan officer and their company assigned to your request, and service providers that host the site, run the AI guide or store records for us under contracts that limit their use of the data. We don't sell your personal information. AI providers we use are not permitted to train their models on your conversations.
Text messages
We text you only if you check the optional text box on our form, or tell your loan officer you want texts. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data is used only to send the messages you requested.
Loan officers who connect Facebook or Instagram
Loan officers using Mortza can connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts so Mortza can publish approved marketing posts for them. When they connect, Meta shares with us their Facebook account ID and name, the Pages they choose with a token that lets Mortza post to those Pages, and the Instagram professional accounts linked to those Pages. We use this only to publish posts the loan officer chooses or schedules, and to show the results to them. Tokens are stored encrypted. We don't read their messages, friends or other content, and we don't sell or share this information. They can disconnect at any time in Mortza, or remove Mortza in their Facebook settings; either way Mortza deletes the tokens and connections and cancels scheduled posts. To ask for deletion through Facebook, use the data deletion option in your Facebook settings for Mortza, or our deletion request page. Posts already published stay on the Page or Instagram account, where the owner can delete them.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of calls by telling the caller. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access your information by contacting us. To have your information deleted, use our deletion request page; we confirm the request by email and send you a confirmation of what we deleted.
