Ask us to delete your information

Enter the email address you gave us. We'll email you a link to confirm the request. After you confirm, we delete your contact details, your answers, any chat with our AI guide, and the notes, messages and appointments connected to your request, and we email you a confirmation that lists what we deleted and which outside companies, if any, had your information.

If you applied for a loan, lending laws may require us to keep your application records for a set period. If so, we'll tell you and stop all marketing to you. To stop only calls and texts, reply STOP to any text. Read our privacy notice.
